1. Acceptance of Agreement.

ADDITIONALLY, YOU HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS mixtapecoverking AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD PARTY CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE OR KIND ARISING FROM ANY UPLOADS OF MATERIAL YOU PLACE ON OUR SITE, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS.

9. Refund Policy
Mixtapecoverking may from time to time offer products or services to you. Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are final and non-refundable once delivered. In the case of non-deliverability through no fault of your own, mixtapecoverking will refund or credit the amount of any payments received.
In the case of a service purchase for graphic work a mutual accord can be worked with just the amount of labor that was used.
Neither refunds nor credits will be issued for losses due to losses sustained due to violations of these Terms of Service or the law.
Any graphic work usually takes 48 business hours but may take up to a week depending if it is a extensive job.
10. Information and Press Releases.
The Site may contain information and/or press releases relevant to our operations. While this information was believed to be accurate as of the date prepared, we disclaim any duty or obligation to update this information or any press releases. Information about companies other than ours contained in the press release or otherwise, should not be relied upon as being provided or endorsed by us.
