However, we do realize that an exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the type of product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund on the following two (2) reasons:
01. NONDELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT –
Due to some unforeseen issues, your e-mail provider or your mail server might not receive an email delivery from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within seven (7) days of placing the order. Otherwise, the product will be considered received.
02. PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED –
Such issues should be reported within seven (7) days of placing the order. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Requests for a refund are accepted on the Contact Us page within twenty-four (24) hours after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed reasons why you applied for a refund.
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours but could take as long as (48) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
We do not accept returns on products after work has been begun.
Cancellations made within (2) or more hours in advance, will receive a 100% refund. Once work has began refunds will not be processed.
